CNC motors*
- Step motors Sanyo Denki These are the best stepper motors on the market made by the Japanese manufacturer Sanyo Denki. They are high power, high torque engines powered at 220V. We have selected engines suitable for a CNC Router mainly for marble and granite working. For stone fabricators who use the cnc machine for stone engravings and reliefs they are perfect.
- Brushless motors, with a 20-bit encoder These are 220V brushless motors equipped with an incredible 20 bit incremental encoder. Brushless motors increase the speed of the rapid, suitable for machining that requires maximum precision and speed. Suggested to stone fabricators who work very small pieces or materials such as aluminium. With these engines the noise of movements decreases. Brushless motors in our CNC Router are driven by Ethercat drivers.

- 3,7 kW Elte - ISO 30 connection with automatic tool changerProfessional 3,7 kW electrospindle with ISO 30connection and sensors for the automatic tool changer. Ready for the installation of a rotary joint for the inner water flow and with pressurized bearings. Maximum speed 12.000 RPM.

Accessories
- Tool setterIt’s an accurate tool setter for the automatic tool length measurement. A tool setter is useful when you need to make works with more than one tool. You can use in your CNC machine both with automatic and manual tool changer.
- Touch Probe sensorThe touch probe sensor is used for the workpiece automatic alignment (included in the standard version) and for the slab flatness detection (optional feature). The workpiece automatic alignment feature is made acquiring 2 pints on the workpiece side. These 2 points are used by the software to adapt the machining in order to work as if the piece was perfectly aligned with the X and Y axes. The flatness detection works acquiring a grid of points on the workpiece that are used by the software to adapt the machine movements to compensate the differences in the slab thickness along the surface. The slab flatness detection is very important when working stone slabs that are not perfectly calibrated and stone worker needs to lettering on them
- HandwheelHandwheel with an encoder for the axes movements, a selector to switch axis to move, a selector for the speed and with an emergency push button.
- Pro-version Handwheel with 4 buttons (START, STOP RESET, ZERO)Professional handwheel with also 4 buttons to start and stop the machine, to reset the axes and to home them.
- Rotating jointIf the CNC Router is used also to make heavy works such as roughing, holes, pockets, stubbings the tool needs to be cooled with an inner water flow wit a rotating joint. We install a rotating joint that it’s suitable also to make dry works. So if you need to work without water there is no need to dismantle the joint but you can safely work even with the joint installed.
- Pneumatic vacuum pump Coax + 4 suction cupsThis pump works with the Coax system that gives you vacuum feeding the pump with compressed air. We include 4 special round suction cups with diameter 80mm and height 30mm. The brand of our suction cups is GNC Meccanica.
- Rotary axis (lathe)
Software extra features
- Slab flatness detectionThe slab flatness detection is used to adapt the machine movements to compensate the differences in the slab thickness along the surface. It’s very important when working stone slabs that are not perfectly calibrated and stone worker needs to lettering on them
