1A1R DECOR SLIM Cutting Blade for Fast and Clean Ceramic Cuts for Angle Grinder – Distar
The DISTAR 1A1R DECOR SLIM 5D diamond blade has become a universal tool for cutting any type of ceramic tile. After being tested on various types of tiles, it has been recognized as the most optimal for working with porcelain stoneware, ceramic floor and wall tiles.
It is not recommended to use this blade for cutting marble and granite, as well as glazed tiles.
The blade features an ultra-thin cutting segment of only 1.2 mm, allowing for the thinnest and cleanest cuts possible.
During tests on 10 mm thick porcelain stoneware, the blade demonstrated a speed of 1.75 linear meters per minute, maintaining a high edge quality rated 4 out of 5.
It is available in two versions, with a diameter of 115 and 125 millimeters, with a standard mounting hole of 22.23 mm.
