Perfect cut even on glazed tiles!
The main difficulty in cutting glazed tiles and porcelain stoneware is the chipping.
The Elegant blade is the best solution for finishing cuts of complex materials.
The blade uses a very fine diamond and a self-sharpening bond.
The small diameter of 100 mm offers advantages during finishing cuts compared to the 115 and 125 mm diameters, as it hardly deviates to the sides and has minimal vibrations.
The blade provides such a clean cut that it is almost impossible to find even the smallest chips, including those on glazed tiles. No further edge processing is required.
Moreover, the blade does not leave chips even on the reverse mounting side of the tile. This is particularly important in the manufacture of ceramic countertops and furniture.
This is the cleanest blade in the entire Distar line.
