Every year, new types of tiles are developed with greater resistance to frost and abrasion.
More and more often, 14 and 20 mm thick porcelain stoneware is used, which are very difficult to cut with traditional diamond blades, causing overheating, disk deformation, and interruptions during cutting.
The Gres Master blade is specifically designed to tackle these complex conditions.
The turbo grooves of the diamond layer effectively penetrate the material, cooling the cutting area.
The blade easily penetrates even the thickest porcelain stoneware. Thanks to its high performance, it is the fastest blade in the entire Distar line.
It can also cut standard porcelain stoneware at an astonishing speed.
However, the edge quality is lower compared to the Esthete and Decor Slim blades, but often such a precise finish is not necessary, especially when the tile joint is covered by a molding.
Available in diameters of 115 and 125 mm. Usable on an angle grinder without the use of water.
