    Diamond blade for the asphalt cutting (asphalt cutter/micro-trenching FTTH fiber optic installation) – Amastone

    This diamond blade is specifically designed to efficiently cut asphalt surfaces using a floor saw and it’s ideal for widening pre-cuts.
    It can be used for creating a micro-trench for FTTH fiber optic cables and is generally excellent for installing electrical cables and for road maintenance.
    This asphalt blade offers high performance and excellent durability thanks to high-quality diamond segments.
    It is available in various diameters from 400 to 600 mm, with segment thicknesses of 15 and 20 mm. The segment height is 10 mm. Bore 25.4 mm + drive holes.

      Dear Sir/Madam According to our search for a solution in microtrenching blades, we find your products which seem compatible to our needs. Altouhgh it is mendatory for us to have the baldes with Diameter about 150 cm and capable of trenching in harsh conditions ( such as asphalt, rocks and gravels). It must be able to trench a line with 4 cm width and 45 cm depth with high speed. Regarding this, we need your proposal and conditions for a sample blade in this way.       Hi,
      yes, we can supply you with this kind of special blade.
      So you need a 1500 mm-diameter blade with a segment 40mm wide.
      I need to know the fitting hole, the diameter of the central hole, and if you have special pin holes.
      May you share also the machine you are going to use? I need the RPM
