WHAT IS IT FOR

Beton Grout & Crack Repair is an advanced system developed by Klindex for the repair of severely damaged concrete floors. It is ideal for filling large holes, deep cracks, and other imperfections that compromise the concrete surface. This system allows even floors in critical condition to be restored to like-new condition, providing an effective and long-lasting solution.

System composed of 3 components mixed in a 1:1:1 ratio (Resin + Catalyst + Microspheres)

1. RESIN – Beton Grout Resin
2. CATALYST – Beton Grout Catalyzer
3. MICROSPHERES – Glass Bubble Microspheres

This system allows you to restore even floors in critical conditions, providing an effective and long-lasting solution.
All three components are supplied in 1 kg containers.

HOW TO USE

1. Preparation: Thoroughly clean the floor surface, removing any debris or dust from the areas to be repaired.
2. Mixing: Combine the three system components (Beton Grout Catalyzer, Beton Grout Resin, and Glass Bubbles microspheres, all 1 kg each) according to the product instructions.
   If a specific color is desired, add a colorant to the mixture to customize the final appearance of the floor.
3. Application: Apply the mixture to the damaged areas with a spatula or appropriate tool, ensuring that holes and cracks are completely filled.
4. Drying: Allow the product to dry according to the indicated times, then proceed with sanding and polishing the floor to achieve a smooth and uniform finish.
