Blades (or teeth, or stone knives for splitting machines) compatible with the most popular splitting machines such as Steinex – MEC – Pakon – VRF. 
(If your splitting machine is not listed please write us and sometimes could be helpful also a photo of an old blade used in the splitter.)

Our splitter blades (knives or teeth) are made of tempered steel (Hardness 54/56 and not the common C45) with german widia cutting tips.
Tips can be ROUNDED or FLAT(a feature that you have to specify during the product selection in our site along with the splitter’s maker and model.)

Splitter Blade Rounded And Flat

The type of splitting blade to use, Flat or Rounded, depends on the material to work.

It’s possible to have also Rhombus shaped tip, suggested when you work high abrasive stones that wear-out the steel on the sides of the blade.

Example of blades installed on Steinex splitter:

• Igloo model uses blades 40* x 150 x 20 mm (*Blade length 40 mm)
• Menihr model uses blades 50* x 185 x 30 mm (*Blade length 50 mm)
