During the grinding and polishing of porcelain stoneware or granite, it is necessary to constantly change the grit of your polishing discs. This process usually presents several problems:

• The polishing disc is removed from the velcro pad holder. The velcro base of the disc thus lasts only for a few cycles/tears, after which the disc no longer adheres.
• The pad holder is changed together with the disc. It is a lengthy process, and each change can cause time loss and incorrect mounting.
• Multiple angle grinders with different grit discs are used, which requires the simultaneous use of multiple angle grinders.

The innovative magnetic base of the Click-Lock PRO solves all these problems. The discs are firmly attached to the steel magnetic holders/pad holders with velcro until they are completely worn out. The replacement of the holders happens instantly with a single click thanks to the magnetic lock, all on a single angle grinder.

The base is equipped with a rubber gasket, which makes grinding and polishing smooth and controlled.

The base is mounted on the angle grinder with adjustable speed. The maximum rotation speed is 3500 RPM. The pad holders have an outer diameter of 100 mm and the base has an M14 fitting.
