The DGW-S grinding wheel by Baumesser is designed to be mounted directly above the cutting disc, replacing the locking bolt on the spindle of the angle grinder. This innovative mounting system allows for a quick transition from cutting to grinding without disassembling the disc, saving valuable time and increasing work efficiency.

Thanks to the diamond layer on the lower surface, this wheel acts like a high-performance diamond cutter. Ideal for grinding the edges of ceramic tiles right after cutting, it saves valuable time without having to disassemble the disc from the grinder. It is perfect for both ceramic tiles and hard porcelain stoneware.

Available in two versions:

• Coarse Grit 70/80: for more aggressive grinding and the removal of large amounts of material.
• Fine Grit 100/120: for a finer and more precise finish.

Compatible with 115 or 125 mm angle grinders, it is designed for dry use and should be used at a rotation speed of 11,000 RPM. The cutter is attached to the grinder via an M14 female thread.
