These cutters for wood cutting are made with a special high-strength steel body and a straight cutting edge in polycrystalline diamond (DP “H2.5”).
The special steel body with the polycrystalline cutting edges allow this cutter to have a feed speed of 4 m / min during the cutting phase.
This wood cutter is used to drill, contour, section and cut veneer panels, wood and its derivatives.
The polycrystalline diamond cutting edges last 40 times longer than traditional carbide cutting edges (widia).
Warning: The polycrystalline cutting edge can be sharpened up to 3 times.
