Fix ALL Flexi is a highly flexible sealant-adhesive for universal sealing and bonding applications.
It is based on Soudal’s SMX Hybrid Polymer technology and offers exceptional adhesive performance, permanent elasticity, and weather resistance.
This sealant is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications and for use in bathrooms and kitchens, even on damp surfaces.
It is paintable with water-based paints and contains XS1 fungicide for maximum mold resistance.

How to Use:

• Surfaces and materials must be clean and free of dust and grease.
• When used as an adhesive: apply in dots on the material to be bonded, press the material firmly onto the bonding surface, and allow it to set.
• When used as a sealant: apply in a regular bead and immediately smooth with Soudal Joint Finish or a soapy solution.
• The optimal application temperature is from +5°C to +25°C.
• Final strength will be achieved 24 hours after application.
