Flocculant polyelectrolyte for marble/granite – 25Kg Bag

Chemical flocculant used for sludge settling in the silos (or water tank). The flocculant works joining the dirty particles in the tank in order to deposit the “dirty water” on the bottom and have the clear water at the top of the tank

Using a flocculant offers numerous benefits, including:

It allows to have clear water faster
Minimizes mud disposal costs

The flocculant is added to the inlet of the silos together with the dirty water (from the production unit) generally using an Automatic polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing unit.

Flocculant polyelectrolyte is sold in bags of 25 kg.

Available 2 different type of flocculant:

Type HIDROFLOC A 4300 to use for marble working
Type HIDROFLOC C683 to use for granite working

Note:
If you are buying for the first time our flocculant please contact us by email or call us at +39 320 9749150. For the first time we prefer to test your “dirty water” in order to select the right type of the flocculant you have to use. A 2 liters bottle is enough. We collect the bottle and we pay the transport cost from your facility to our warehouse.

Good morning Can you please tell me if you offer Flocculent in a liquid form ?? We have a water plant & have a dosing pump that injects the liquid. We have never used the powder before. If you can help in any way it would much be appreciated. We also cut Marble Granite & Quartz. We use Goldcrest Polygold 3264 at the moment. But I think the company may have closed. Kind regards Shaun Turner.

Hi Shaun, let me check what is the flocculant that you have mentioned, I don't know it.
we have liquid flocculant, I will send you a data sheet via mail. Do you have the datasheet of the product you are using today?

Hello,
This flocculant is added to the dirty water that goes into the silos (or another kind dirty water tank that you have). It accelerates the mud decaying at the bottom of the silo.
The quantity you have to add depends on your water quantity and water quality( more or less dirty).
Usually, it is added manually or by an automatic flocculant feeding system.
Do you work marble or granite?
Which system you have at the moment? How big is your silo? do you have a filterpress or big bags system?
