The CPV continuous rim diamond blade is ideal for wet-cutting glass tiles, glass mosaics, and glass slabs up to 3 cm thick. The blade features a special diamond with a very fine grain and a particular blend that reduces chipping on the surface of the glass and on the painted part of the tile, ensuring an optimal finish. CPV is a super-professional product that allows for high cutting speeds. It’s available in various diameters, ranging from 100 mm to 300 mm.
It’s necessary to use abundant water during cutting and to refresh the diamond blade with white paste sharpening stones to prevent damage to the blade.
CPV is also recommended by manufacturers of ceramic and glass tiles to avoid breakage, cracks, or chipping during the delicate cutting process.
