Description

GNC – Top/bottom spare suction plate unit

If you damage the vacuum plate (top or bottom) of your suction cup while machining, you can simply replace the aluminum plate pad unit instead of replacing the entire suction cup.
You can choose the suction-cup dimensions you need to repair and select the type of plate.

This replacement unit is offered with the option of specifying whether the workpiece needs to be secured on the top or bottom. Two securing methods are available on the top, and three on the bottom, to cater to different needs:

On the top, you may choose to use an EDPM surface with a rubber lip or foam-gasket seal.
On the bottom, you may choose to use an EDPM surface with a rubber lip or foam-gasket seal, an O-ring gasket, or a mechanical solution such as a clamp.

These replacement units are usually shipped within 24 hours of the order.
