Hyper-speed is an innovative range of wheels that allows a high processing speed and a high level of finish. Ideal for applications where a high production speed is required such as in the automotive sector.

The set consists of:

• 1 segmented wheel for roughing with a special resin filler
• 1 continuous band polishing wheel for the second pass

The segmented wheel, thanks to the filler, allows obtaining a very high finish even with the first position, minimizing the size of the splinters when compared with the finishing of a traditional glass segmented wheel. In addition, this wheel has a special profile that allows the next position to work on a pre-shaped glass thus reducing the amount of removal required in the polishing pass.

Performance of hyper-speed wheels:
For example: on a 10mm glass thickness with a trapezoidal profile, the hyper-speed wheel works at a speed of 6 meters/minute, which means a speed of 60% higher than traditional wheels.
