The Intermac ISO 40 tool holder cone is a high-quality tool holder made in Italy for use with Intermac machines. These tool holders feature a special treatment that enables them to withstand over 200 hours in a salt spray chamber, significantly increasing their lifespan compared to standard tool holders.
Made of steel, these tool holders are not only highly resistant to corrosion but also effectively prevent blockages within the electro spindle.
The tool holders come in different models:
- 1/2 Gas fitting
- ER collet chuck
- Profile wheels fitting
- flange fitting (for stubbing wheels)
Each one of them includes the pull stud and the locking kit (if applicable) except for the ER collet which can be purchased separately -> ER collet
