Nicking plate “Spunty” for polishing machines – Lupato

Nicking plate for manual and automatic polishing machines for processing slabs and strips.

Available in two diameters:

• Ø250 mm -> Spunty 3 plate consisting of 3 rollers with 10 tips each for coarse/fine nicking of marble, limestone, and soft granites;
  to be used on manual or automatic sanders with a plate between Ø250 mm and Ø350 mm;
  to be used at a rotation speed of 700 RPM max.
• Ø450 mm -> Spunty 6 plate consisting of 6 rollers with 10 tips each for coarse/fine nicking of marble, limestone, and soft granites;
  to be used on automatic sanders with a plate between Ø400 mm and Ø550 mm;
  to be used at a rotation speed of 450 RPM max.

Note:
Spunty plate rollers can be easily replaced and are also sold separately as spare parts: Spunty plate roller
