Continuous rim core bits for Ceramic and Gres

A Continuous rim core bit is suggested when you need a highly smooth and accurate holing.
Thanks to the continuous rim this tool gives you a slower cutting, if compared with a segmented ring core bit, but it ensures a clean cut even when exiting the material at the end of the holing. It has a little bit weaker structure because it’s thinner and with a finer diamond.

We suggest the use of a continuous ring core bit only with precise CNC machine with no vibration. We do not recommend the use of this tool in manual contouring machine or column drill where the spindle could have too much vibrations and the core bit will be worn-out very fastly.

You can buy continuous rim core bits in different diameters, from 10mm up to 60 mm, all 1/2″ gas fitting.

On request it is possible to supply the continuous rim core bits in other diameters
