The Yellow Twin finger bit is the best seller finger bit for granite cutting and well known to many stone-fabricators all over the world. This type of finger bit is made of Soft Binder (bond) FB3 that is ideal for cutting hard materials like granite and engineered stone.

The diameter of the tool is 23 mm, it’s made of 6 sectors and the fitting is 1/2″ gas.
This granite finger bit gives you a faster cut (up to 500mm/min) and longer life.

For a homogeneous worn of the finger bit tool, it’s suggested to cut the slab in a single pass. It’s also suggested to have an “arch approach” as shown in the video below.

In the case of inner cuts, you need to make a suitable hole with a segmented core bit in order to use the hole as an entry point for the finger bit.

This granite finger bit is available in 3 different “useful height” models:

• AFS94012: finger bit with useful height 30 mm
• AFS91070: finger bit with useful height 40 mm (Best Selling!)

Suggested Parameters are when using the finger bit in your cnc machine:

• Rpm: 4500-5200
• Feed: 250-500 mm/min
