Peripheral wheels for monolithic glass for the pencil edge profile on double edging machines.
You can get the right wheel for your application selecting the Double-Edging grinding machine that you have ( Bottero, Busetti, Bavelloni, and Glaston), the thickness of the glass to process (3, 4, 5 and 6mm) the position of the spindle where to use it and the binder.
You have 2 different binders KP3 and KP5:
- KP3 – wheel made of soft binder suitable for mirrors working. Fast start-up and the average production is 9000-10000 mt.
- KP5 – wheel made of hard-binder and it’s suitable to work any glass-thicknesses. Longer start-up, the avarage production is about 12000-13000 mt
