250 x 500 mm (9.8 x 19.6 inch) rectangular suction cup (also called vacuum pods or vacuum cups)

This is our largest standard CNC suction cup. 
(We provide special pods on order for customized units.)

This is our most powerful vacuum pod, able to supply a holding force in excess of 1 ton (11,130 N)
It is recommended for applications in which the operator wishes to minimize the number of suction cups on the table.
Instead of 8 smaller pods, 4 pods suffice with this model.
This vacuum pod, like all standard pods, comes with either a lip or mousse seal.

Rectangular anodized aluminum suction-cup set of size 250 × 500 mm;  the top pad (on which the piece rests) is made of hot-vulcanized  EPDM rubber.
EPDM rubber has a very strong grip and forms a tight seal to preclude any risk of the piece moving.
The unit has a fast-connect tube fitting to create the vacuum.
The screws are made of stainless steel to prevent rusting, as they are for all other suction cups on our site. Height tolerances ± 0.02 mm.
