      Just want to inquire how to purchase specific specs when using it / bridge saw v profile what is the maximum width of the diameter? which radius / hieght do i specify to get 1" or 3/4" bullnose concave width? If it's a 3/4" [ 19mm ] material

      Hi Andrew,

      Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding your questions:

      • The maximum diameter of our grinding wheel is 350 mm (approximately 13.8 inches). However, upon request, we can produce wheels with a diameter of 400 mm (approximately 15.7 inches) or even larger.
      • For a 3/4" (19 mm) thick slab, you should use a radius of 10 mm (approximately 0.39 inches) to achieve the desired bullnose concave width.

      Hi Zbynek,
      To confirm, when you mention 3/4, do you mean 20 mm thickness? If so, use a 10 mm radius for the V-profile profiling wheel.
      3. Is this item ready to be shipped? Not on back order. Can it be mounted onto an ISO cone assembly? I noticed Pin holes for a GMM machine. I'm looking for this exact cutting tool but need to be sure that I am able to use it with the tooling I currently have. I will be using a 6 bolt flange ISO50 Cone and extensions.

      Hi, which diameter do you need?
      These wheels are designed to be used on bridge saws. So the fitting is a central bore to be connected to the shaft of the blade-motor.
      If you have the ISO50 cone maybe you need an ISO50 profile-wheel-tool-holder to use a CNC profile wheel.
