    Segmented profiling wheel for bridge saw – Profile B – half bullnose concave

    Segmented profiling wheel with profile B, called also half bullnose profile. The wheel is concave to obtain a bullnose convex profile.
    This segmented wheel is used on bridge saws for shaping marble, stone, granite, engineered stone, porcelain and gres.
    It is available in different diameters, from 150 mm up to 400 mm. These dimensions are combined with different radiuses from 5 mm up to 40 mm.

      Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm looking for a segmented profiling wheel for granite curbs, I know that your recommendation is a usage in a bridge saw. But I want to adapt this profile wheel on a Wall saw for a better straight line. Did you have experience with this kind of use? Is it possible to have the center diamaeter with 60mm Arbor and maybe 600mm outer diameter with a grinding radius of 20mm. I want to do a radius on a bridge over 46m length on granite bord. Is it enough with one wheel or did i have to use more wheels? At the end i can do it also in a bridge saw if this will be straight enough. I dont know enough about these kind of profiling.       yes, we can make a Profiling Wheel diameter 600mm for granite.
      I concern about the motor RPM you have in your machine. Which is the rotation you have?
