Rectangular CNC suction cup 40×100 mm (1.57×3.94″)

40 x 100 mm (1.58 x 3.94 inch) rectangular suction cup manufactured by (also known as vacuum pods or vacuum cups)

These small 40 x 100 mm rectangular suction cups are used as “support pads” (also called “anti-vibration pads“) because they lack sufficient strength to properly hold the workpiece. They are used to eliminate vibrations and increase stability. They are very narrow and can be easily positioned in small areas that would otherwise remain without support.

40 x 100 mm rectangular suction cup for CNC machines

Rectangular anodized aluminum suction cup set of size 40 × 100 mm;  the top pad (on which the piece rests) is made of hot-vulcanized EPDM rubber.
EPDM rubber has a very strong grip and forms a tight seal so as to preclude any risk of the piece moving.
The unit has a fast-connect tube fitting to create the vacuum.
To prevent rusting, this cup has screws made of stainless steel, as do all the other suction cups available on our site. Height tolerance ± 0.02 mm.

The top plate and basse plate of this suction cup are not the same size.
The bottom plate dimensions are 100 x 100 mm and the plate may be composed of EPDM rubber or an O-ring seal. The bottom plate is larger to increase grip and stability at the work surface.
The upper plate is 40 x 100 mm and is made with EPDM rubber.
