40 x 150 mm (1.57 x 5.91 inch) rectangular suction cup (also know as vacuum pod or vacuum cup)

These small rectangular suction cups 40 x 150 mm are used as “support pads” (also called “anti-vibration pads“) because they do not have sufficient strength to properly hold up the workpiece but increase the stability. They are very narrow suction cups and can be positioned in small areas that would otherwise remain without support.

The top and bottom plates of this suction cup have different dimensions
The base plate has dimensions of 70 x 150 mm and may consist of and EPDM rubber or an O-ring seal. The bottom plate is larger to attian a stronger grip and greater stability on the work surface.
The upper plate is 40 x 150 mm in size and consits of EPDM rubber.

40 x 150 mm rectangular suction cup for CNC machines

Rectangular anodized aluminum suction-cup set (size 40 × 150 mm); the top pad (on which the workpiece rests) is made of hot-vulcanized  EPDM rubber.
EPDM rubber has a very strong grip and forms a tight seal so as to preclude any risk of the piece moving.
The unit has a fast-connect tube fitting to create the vacuum.
The screws are stainless steel to prevent rusting, as are the other suction cups available on our site. Height tolerances ± 0.02 mm
