SUPERLIFT E-POWER Handling system for large tiles – Montolit

A modular frame for handling last-generation slabs that are now becoming bigger and heavier. This device makes the procedure of moving and adjusting the suction cups really fast, accurate and safe. Move slabs up to 425 cm long.

Superlift is a modular frame designed for handling the latest generation of large and heavy ceramic slabs.
Constructed with telescopic steel tubes (unique on the market) and then galvanized, it ensures maximum rigidity even for the most “critical” or thin slabs, preventing flagging or harmful flexing for the slab and, most importantly, dangerous for operators (slabs can be lifted, turned, placed vertically, transported on stairs, etc., before being installed).

The suction cups, essential components of Superlift, are large in size (Ø200 mm) and equipped with a dual warning system through an analog vacuum gauge and a linear indicator on the pump.
Made of anti-trace rubber, they can be easily positioned anywhere on the frame according to the needs. The clamping system for locking on bars and suction cup supports makes the “modeling” operation of the frame very fast, precise, and safe.

The handles at the ends of the bars, ergonomic and non-slip rubber, include special plastic supports to facilitate the vertical placement of the slab against walls without scratching the flooring.
The telescopic handle system allows for handling slabs with lengths up to 380 cm.

The complete Superlift kit is easily disassembled for convenient transport and is entirely modular, capable of assuming various configurations based on the shape and characteristics of the piece to be handled.
In addition to the standard configuration with 4 suction cups, extra suction cups can be added for specific processes or materials, placed anywhere on the frame.
The use of supports with wheels for transporting slabs and applying adhesive constitutes a comprehensive kit for handling and positioning slabs.
