Line 60 Profile Wheels for CNC Machines. Standard fitting bore 35 mm (on request these wheels are available also with bore 22 or 45 mm, to be specified in the order notes).
Available either in marble version or granite / eng. stone version. The first 3 positions for marble are electroplated,while the ones for Granite/Quartz are sintered metal-bond tools.
The next positions for both marble and granite are special polishing resin wheels with Nicolai JoyLite technology.

• Position 1 metal bond – segmented G1: RPM 5000-5500 | Feed 1000-2000 mm/min
• Position 2 metal bond – continuous G3: RPM 5000-6000 | Feed 2000-3700 mm/min | Distance 0,30 mm
• Position 3 metal bond – continuous G4: RPM 5000-6000 | Feed 2000-3700 mm/min | Distance 0,15 mm
• Position 4 metal bond – continuous G5: RPM 5000-5500 | Feed 1200-1500 mm/min | Distance 0,10 mm
