Note: this product includes the tileable cover system only. The extractor fan is not included and must be purchased separately.

The Edplit tileable concealed extractor fan cover is designed to hide the bathroom extractor fan within the tiled wall surface, creating a clean, minimal and seamless finish.

Once installed, the cover allows the fan area to be finished with the same tile or wall covering material used on the surrounding surface. Only the discreet air passage perimeter remains visible, ensuring proper ventilation while reducing the visual impact of traditional fan grilles.

This system is ideal for bathrooms, laundry rooms and modern interiors where ventilation needs to be integrated into the wall design without interrupting the continuity of the tiled surface.

Available sizes

The cover is available in three versions, according to the diameter of the extractor fan:

• 100 mm, suitable for small spaces;
• 125 mm, suitable for rooms up to approximately 8 m²;
• 150 mm, suitable for rooms up to approximately 12 m².

The correct version should be selected according to the diameter of the fan already installed or planned. The room size indications are approximate and are intended as a guide for estimating the required airflow.

Installation

• apply the adhesive template to mark the outer perimeter and the internal fan opening;
• cut the tile along the marked lines using suitable precision cutting tools;
• bond the cut tile sections onto the supplied plastic mounting base using adhesive;
• insert the assembled element into the prepared wall opening.

The result is a fully functional extractor fan integrated into the tiled surface, with no visible grille or exposed frame. The wall keeps a clean, continuous appearance while maintaining effective ventilation.

Compatibility

This cover is compatible with AirSilent fans, available separately in 100, 125 and 150 mm diameters.

Note: tile cutting tools, adhesives and the extractor fan are not included. Before installation, check the fan diameter and compatibility with the ventilation system.
