The Distar SoftEdge Ø115 mm is a professional diamond backing pad designed for grinding and finishing the edges of porcelain stoneware, ceramic, granite, and marble slabs.

The tool features a 22.23 mm bore. The graphite micro-inclusions in the metal bond help cool the diamond layer, ensuring stable grinding performance and reducing the risk of chipping, even on delicate materials.

Thanks to its curved shape and 115 mm diameter, the backing pad allows controlled use and even edge processing. Its high material removal capacity, up to 50 kg total, makes it suitable for professional work on porcelain stoneware and natural stone up to 20 mm thick.
