FIX ALL Crystal | Invisible Bonding and Sealing | Transparent – Soudal

Soudal FIX ALL Crystal is a high-quality, crystal-clear hybrid adhesive-sealant based on SMX Hybrid Polymer technology. Its transparent formula makes it ideal for invisible bonding and sealing applications where a clean, clear finish is required.

It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and adheres to most common building materials, including porous and non-porous surfaces. It can also be applied on slightly damp surfaces, provided they are sound, clean and free from dust and grease.

Thanks to its mould-resistant formula with XS1 fungicide, FIX ALL Crystal is suitable for sanitary areas such as bathrooms, showers and kitchens. It is designed for bonding, sealing and filling applications where transparency of the final bond or seal is important.

It is ideal for transparent bonding and sealing, decorative elements, glass and other transparent materials in indoor applications, and for sanitary sealing in kitchens and bathrooms.

Limitations:

Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, bituminous substrates or copper-containing materials such as bronze and brass. Not suitable for expansion joints, glazing applications, aquarium bonding or applications involving continuous water immersion.

Do not use on natural stone surfaces such as marble or granite, as staining may occur. Always carry out a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on the surface before application.

How to use:

• Surfaces and materials must be sound, clean, dry or slightly damp, and free from dust and grease.
• When used as an adhesive, apply the product in dots or beads to one of the materials to be bonded, press the surfaces firmly together and support if necessary.
• When used as a sealant, apply an even bead without air inclusions and smooth before skin formation with a suitable finishing solution or a soapy solution.
• The application temperature indicated in the technical data sheet is between +5 °C and +35 °C.
• Final strength is achieved after approximately 24 hours, depending on application conditions and bead thickness.
