3 Axes Cnc Stone Router Amastone Next V2 Made In Italy

Marble CNC Router Machine, why you should choose our Amastone Next Router

If you’re in the market for a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) router machine, then our 3-axis automatic marble engraving machine, Amastone Next,  is exactly what you need. Our goal when designing the router machine was to incorporate the advanced innovative functionality and the reliability found only in larger industrial machines into a compact machine able to significantly enhance the capability of modern stone shops, artisans, and laboratories. Capable of cutting a vast assortment of hard materials such as stone, marble, granite, wood, composite materials, aluminum, steel, plastic, and foam, this CNC router machine, single-handily performs the tasks of several diverse industrial machines such as panel saws, spindle moulders, and boring machines.

What can I do with a CNC Next Router?

  • Inscriptions, engravings, bas-reliefs, and roughing on marble, granite, and other materials
  • Funerary, cemetery, and sacred art (sculptures)
  • Architectural works (furniture accessories, frames, shower bases, kitchen tops – *depending on the useful machine dimensions)
  • General 3D-work

What technologies were chosen for the CNC Next Router Machine?

Mechanical: All axis motion takes place by means of highly preloaded ball screws, to achieve the utmost rigidity, driven by 220-V high-torque step motors (brushless motors are available upon request.)
Control: Next uses the powerful, extremely versatile OSAI Open-Xs control, allowing axis motion to remain very smooth even at high speed, avoiding stress on the mechanical components.
Next also has an interesting SFC (Smart Feed Control) feature allowing the machine to automatically adjust its feed rate as a function of spindle load while cutting. In layman’s terms, if the machine encounters strong resistance when cutting – perhaps due to a sudden hard section of stone or other material, a broken tool, excessive tool plunge, or a cam programming error – the spindle speed will automatically slow down to a point where the load is within an acceptable range.
Safety: Next automatically monitors water and air feeds. In particular, if either the water supply is interrupted while cutting, or if the air pressure in the spindle drops to a level where water spray could enter and damage the bearings, the machine will stop and warn the operator on the control panel.

The Amastone Next router can read standard G-Code and is therefore compatible with the leading CAD/CAM software.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

  1. Can I have a larger than standard CNC Machine?
Yes. We currently produce a Next-L version of the CNC stone router having a longer Y axis.
The Next-L comes with useful working dimensions of 1000 X 2400 mm.
The added cost of this feature is € 2000 (approx. USD 2300 )
  2. Can I use the CNC Router without water in dry mode?
Yes. The CNC Router may be operated in dry mode. Simply disabling the default water-enabled setting on the control panel. This feature is useful for cutting wood or materials that do not require water.
We suggest you to always use water on marble, granite, ceramic and engineered stone.
  3. Can you provide a higher-powered spindle?
Yes. We can install a spindle with power up to 3.2 kW. The standard CNC Next comes with a spindle power of 2.2 kW, suitable for marble and natural stonework such as writings and bas-relief roughing.
For heavy working on granite, we suggest a more powerful spindle. 3.2 kW, for example.
  4. And what about rpm? Can I have a spindle with a higher rpm?
Certainly. The standard CNC Stone Router Next spindle has a maximum speed of 14,000 rpm. If you want to work wood or other soft materials, we can install any spindle you would like even up to 40,000 rpm.
The added cost depends on the spindle you wish to install.
  5. Can I have brushless motors?
Yes. Upon request, we can install brushless motors for an added cost of € 2,000.
(Read more about stepper motors on the CNC Stoner Router Next: https://amastone.com/guide/7-technical-questions-answers-marble-cnc-router-marble/ )
  6. Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, of course, we ship our machines all over the world.
Shipping cost to the US is approximately € 1500.
Shipping cost to Canada is approximately € 1500; and € 1200 to the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs depend upon many factors, such as the period of the year and the exchange rate.
  7. My business is not in Italy. How can I get training?
We provide online training via Skype or other video-conference software. The sales price includes 24 hours  (6 days, 4 hours per day) of remote training. After that, we are always available for any questions or doubts regarding how to operate the machine.
Our training focuses more on the CAD/CAM software than on operating on the machine. (The machine does all the work!). Simply import the file in Next, and start operation from the control panel. It’s is very easy and user-friendly. Try, and you’ll see it.
  8. What is the normal delivery time if I place an order today?
We usually have 1 Standard version of the CNC Stone Router ready for shipment. If you require a special machine with customized features, or if, by chance, the machine you want is not available, the manufacturing process will take approximately 12 weeks.
  9. Do you have any used CNC machines?
