Our Vacuum-Brazed Diamond Angle Grinder Wheels are ideal for fabricators (or hobbyists with a reasonable level of skill) looking to profile their worktops by hand instead of transporting them to a table-fed router machine.
We recommend using a variable speed angle grinder reduced to approximately 4,000 RPM, or a 230 mm angle grinder with a suitable lower fixed rotational speed. This lower speed gives better control, lower vibration, and longer service life.

After profiling, the surface can be polished to a high shine if required, giving your worktops a professional and elegant finish.
