WHAT IS IT FOR

The MINI-ERCOLE single plate compact and modular lifting suction cup battery-powered is designed to efficiently and safely handle slabs and blocks made of non-porous materials, such as stone, marble, granite, and similar. Thanks to its compact design and the ability to manually tilt from horizontal to vertical, this suction cup is perfect for outdoor use, such as in construction sites or yards, where compressed air is unavailable.
It is a versatile and reliable solution for lifting heavy materials quickly, conveniently, and safely, even in environments without access to the electrical grid.

Each model is sold complete with battery, charger, foam gasket and lifting plate

ACCESSORIES

For greater flexibility and maintenance, the suction cup is equipped with essential accessories to extend its use and enhance its performance:

Replacement battery: The batteries are easily replaceable, allowing you to continue working without interruptions. The suction cup uses batteries with a Makita-type connection (so you can also use those from your Makita power tools).
Charger: Included in the package, the charger allows for quick battery recharging.
Replacement foam gasket: Seals in good condition are essential to ensure optimal adhesion of the plates to the surfaces being lifted.
Replacement plates: The plates are interchangeable and can be purchased separately. This way, with a single suction cup body, you can handle materials of different sizes by changing the plate according to work requirements.

Does the same motor and battery work for all different size pads and can suit the required weights of each pad? Can you please send me some more information on recommended product for glass install ranging from 100 to 500kgs Thanks for your help

Compatibility of the motor and battery: Yes, the vacuum lifter is designed to accommodate different pad sizes, allowing for flexibility in handling various materials and weights. The same motor and battery system can be used across different pads, each providing a specific lifting capacity. The included battery features a Makita-type connection, making the vacuum lifter compatible with all Makita-type batteries. Each unit comes with one battery and a charger included.

Recommended model for glass installation (100 – 500 kg): For glass panels up to 500 kg, we recommend the MVKE 500/1, which comes with a 600 × 400 mm plate and has a 500 kg capacity.

Additional recommendation: We suggest ordering replacement foam gaskets, which you can find here. These gaskets are essential for maintaining optimal performance and ensuring a secure grip on surfaces over time.
