Diamond bridge saw blade for natural quartzite cutting White Lion – Weha

The White Lion blade is a specific blade for natural quartzite but it also does awesome on granite and engineered stone, quartz.
The shape of the diamond segment (ARIX Layered sectors technology) has been designed to ensure perfect heat dissipation and to give high diamond concentration and continuous diamond contact with the stone; Weha White Lion blade guarantees clean and precise cuts.
The sector is 20mm high !!!

Silent core with standard 60mm fitting hole and 50mm reduction ring.
Different fitting holes are possible, for example, to have the Donatoni or Breton drive holes.
When you place the order, write the holes that you need in the notes.

White Lion Blade Usage Parameters for Quartzite:

RPM: 1550
Speed: 1 – 1.5 meters/minute (based on the hardness of the quartzite being cut)

Hello, I wanted to ask some closer information abou the WEHA White Lion blade diamater 500. We are considering buying this blade, because our company have been using it in the past. However, we had some issues with quarzite. Could you please give us recommended RPM for this diameter and the RPM for basic cutting of granite? Also, what is the shipping cost to Czech Republic? Hi Marek,

For quartzite, we no longer recommend the White Lion blade as it has been surpassed by newer technology. Instead, we highly recommend the Phoenix blade, which is much more efficient and also more affordable.

Regarding your RPM question, we recommend 1200/1250 RPM with 0.7 m/min feed speed (for 20 mm thickness) and 0.4 m/min (for 30 mm thickness)
