XS3 Sorma Saw Blade for Granite Cutting

XS3 diamond blade for the granite cutting – Matrix technology with positioned diamond. “Sandwich” silent steel core with narrow teeth.

These blades give you a fast cut on a wide range of materials, for example, class 4.5 granites and hard agglomerates.
Suitable for Soft granites, Hard granite, Quartzite,

XS3 granite Sorma blades’ specs:

• Diameters from 300 to 500 mm
• Standard Fitting bore 60-50 mm. (possible different fittings – write it in the note field at the checkout)

• 350 mm 14” (25 segments 40 X 3.2 H15 mm)
• 400 mm  16”(28 segments 40 X 3.2 H15 mm)

• for the 350 mm blade: 1700 2000 rpm
• for the 400 mm blade: 1500 – 1800 rpm
• for the 450 mm blade: 1350 – 1600 rpm
• for the 500 mm blade: 1200-1450 rpm
  Speed cut:
• Speed cut 1000 – 2800 mm/min on 20mm slab thickness
• Speed cut 700 – 1800 mm/min on 30mm slab thickness
