1/2 Gas Segmented stubbing wheels for Granite, Engineered stone – NICOLAI DIAMANT

1/2 gas segmented stubbing wheels for working granite and engineered stone on robots, 5-axis machines, routers, and small CNC machines.
The useful diameter of the cutting surface ranges from 30 mm to 40 mm and the length of the cutting surface varies from 20 mm to 25 mm, as indicated in the table below. Feed rates vary from 16– 20 inches/min.

The face of this tool had diamond segments also and it is used to make both penetrating and horizontal cuts in incremental cutting processes.

Note that a left thread fitting is available for the 40 diameter tool.
