Hi Andrew, yes right if the profiling wheel has a radius of 10mm means the diameter of the profile (the total width) is 20mm.
The hole can be as you want, write it in the note field at the checkout (50mm, 60 mm, or as you need it).
Yes, we ship the tools to the US via DHL or FedEx courier.
We produce this tool on order so we need 1 week to make it and the transit time to the US is around 5 days. Please consider the Christmas holiday, so if you place the order today we put it in the queue and we will ship it in January (2nd week).
