Professional Kit designed to remove scratches and abrasions on polished porcelain tile.

• Light-colored and dark-colored polished porcelain tiles

What’s on the Kit?

1. BRIO spray bottle 75ml
2. FT Polish White bottle 250 ml (a polishing restoration)
3. FT Polish Dark bottle 250 ml
4. N.2 Pads A, grit 800 (dry use)
5. N.2 Pads B, grit 1500 (dry use)
6. N.2 Pads C, grit 3000 (dry use)
7. N.1 red Pad, similar to Scotch-Brite

How to use  Scrape Fix Kit?

1. Cleaning the material – Clean the tile with BRIO. Spray Brio on the surface and rub with a microfibre cloth.
2. Removing the scratches – use a variable sped orbital sander using the diamond polishing pads (series 800, 1500, and 3000 grit).  Polish for about 5 minutes the area with the abrasions or scratches. Use Rpm 2500-2700, and test the pads on a small area before treating the entire area.
3. Clean and polish porcelain with BRIO
4. If you have to polish light-toned materials use FT Polish White to polish the surface, shake the bottle and apply a few drops of the undiluted product (half-teaspoon). Polish with the red polishing pad (similar to the Scotch-Brite). Once the surface is polished clean it with Brio cleaner.
5. If you have to polish dark-toned materials use FT Polish Dark to polish the surface, shake the bottle and apply a few drops of the undiluted product (half-teaspoon). Polish with the red polishing pad (similar to the Scotch-Brite). Once the surface is polished clean it with Brio cleaner.
6. Repeat the procedure until you have reached the desired level of polish.
