Electroplated angle grinder cutting blades (DRY CUT)
What is the electroplating technology:
With this technology, the diamond powder is coated on a steel blank through a galvanic process. A single layer of diamond particles with a very high active crystal concentration is bonded to the steel core by a tough nickel matrix. Diamond crystal protrusion can vary from 30% up to 50%, generating ideal volumes to eject cutting debris. The standard grit size D427 is suitable for cutting marble, engineered stone, carbon fiber, and abrasive materials.
Which material we can work with for electroplated Sorma blades?
Marble, limestone, onyx, ceramics, thermosetting plastics, fiber-reinforced plastics, graphite, soft ferrite, grey cast iron, nodular cast iron
The range of the electroplated Sorma blades includes:
- EDS | EDSK
- EDLX | EDLXX
- EDSF
