Moto Flash Line 2 SH is the new motorized system by Montolit for cutting porcelain stoneware, ceramic, granite, and marble tiles and slabs. Moto Flash Line, in its complete version (MFL2-SH), is equipped with bars that adhere directly to the material to be worked thanks to a patented system without suction cups. The TCS150MFL diamond blade is included. A predisposition is installed on the motor body for connecting an aspirator and working without dust.

This system is the ideal solution for cutting tiles and slabs with lengths up to over three meters (340 cm) and thicknesses up to 20 mm with a 150mm diameter disc (included) and up to 40mm with a 190mm diameter disc (optional).

Moto Flash Line is very easy and light to transport, it takes up little space and you can use it on any workbench, in the laboratory or on the construction site. The 1.6kW (2.1HP) motor can go up to 5500 RPM.

It is available in two models:

• MFL2-SH: Complete system: power unit + 3 x 120cm bars + blade included
• MFL2-SH-PU: Power unit only + blade included (ideal if you already have a Flash Line cutting system)

Blades for Moto Flash Line:

Moto Flash Line can work with blades with diameter 150 mm and 190 mm, to be more specific:

• For thickness 3 ÷ 8 mm
  The recommended blade is the SLIM CUT ultra-thin, with diamond height h7mm, diameter 150 mm
• To cut slabs 12 ÷ 20 mm
  Use the diamond blade TURMON REDLine, with diamond height h10mm, diameter 150 mm
• To cut slabs 20 ÷ 40 mm
  Use the diamond blade LASERMONT, with diamond height h12mm, diameter 190 mm
