Description

Mechanical clamp – stroke 40 mm

Mechanical clamp for CNC working center.
These clamps have a stroke of 40mm and they are made of aluminum and the base can be with “OR rubber” to use the vacuum grip system (such as a standard suction cup) or mechanical.

These mechanical clamps are used to increase the stability of a slab on CNC machines and they can be used with slabs of thickness from 5 up to 40 mm.

Even if the vacuum suction cups have a very strong and reliable grip force for certain applications, in which the stresses are particularly high, these clamps are added to tighten and fix the slab to be worked even more strongly.
It is recommended to use the clamps in the part of the slab that is not visible. If, for example, you’re working a kitchen top, the clamp is placed in the part that goes to the wall.

The base of these clamps can be mechanical or with an OR rubber to be fixed to the bench with the vacuum like a standard suction cup.

    Hello Gareth,

The thickness is adjusted manually by turning the bolt on the top of the clamp. This allows you to securely tighten it according to the thickness of the slab, from 5 mm up to 40 mm.
