Polygraphic bits are special V-shape solid carbide engraving cutters  (no inserts, ) that reduce vibrations to a minimum resulting in longer tool life and cleaner cuts.

Solid carbide means that the cutting edge is not welded or and insert is set in. It’s a whole body and the cutting edge is worked on the shank body itself.

Currently the integral Poligrafic tips are available with 90 ° and 60 ° angles both holed and not-holed for the inner water flow.

Recommended processing parameters:

• 6000 RPM spindle rotation (possibly to be increased or decreased according to the feed speed)
• Feed speed from 100 to 500 mm/min based on the depth in Z and the hardness of the material
• Maximum depth 2 mm
• Ramp entry is recommended
