Note about the Sorma Diamond Sheet
Sorma flexible Diamond QRS Cloth sheet was meticulously engineered to handle challenging-to-grind materials like stone, glass, ceramics, metals, carbides, and composites. The razor-sharp diamond mineral, combined with its adaptable backing, renders this abrasive perfectly suited for a diverse range of stoneworking and even metalworking tasks.
Durable and Long-Lasting
The Moonflex Sorma Diamond QRS Cloth Sheet, have been carefully crafted to help you achieve superior surface finishes on a wide spectrum of hard-to-work materials, all without sacrificing cutting efficiency. These sheets secure micron-graded diamonds in a metal bond, which is firmly anchored to a premium, pliable backing featuring an open special pattern. This combination ensures longevity and resilience while allowing the sheet to conform effortlessly to various contours. Additionally, the design of the diamond pattern facilitates aggressive cutting while minimizing material buildup.Versatile Applications
These Diamond QRS Cloth Sheets find widespread utility in diverse stoneworking, glassworking and metalworking applications, such as finishing, polishing, grinding, and stock removal. Its unique flexibility enables forgiving movement over surfaces, making it particularly well-suited for contour finishing. To streamline the abrasive-to-tool attachment process, Sorma have equipped this diamond abrasive with hook and loop backing. This system involves creating loops by pulling material tufts through the scrim backing, which subsequently attach to hooks on the holder pad (available separately). The hook and loop backing enables swift and hassle-free changes of abrasives, particularly when working with multiple abrasives in a sequence.
