Description

“FORTYFIVE” – the innovative blade specially developed by Diatex for clean 45° miter cuts on gres tiles, Laminam and Neolith slabs.

FORTYFIVE is the diamond blade for cutting ceramic slabs with thicknesses varying from 3 to 12mm. This diamond blade is designed with Sandwich technology and has a strengthened core to allow excellent miter cutting mg on Ceramic slabs up to 12-mm thick (use the reinforced MITERcut blade for thicker slabs). It produces precise, clean cuts with no chipping.
A 400-mm (16”) blade diameter is available.

The blade has a standard 60 mm arbor hole with a 50-mm reducer bushing. Please contact us for different arbor hole sizes or special connection needs (additional holes, concentric hole patterns, etc.).

Materials you can work with the “FORTYFIVE” blades can be used on ceramic slabs made of Laminam, Neolith, Techlam, Kerlite, Sinterflex, Kedra, Ultra, Atlasplan, Maxfine, Zero.3 and Project Evolution.

Hello,
this blade for the miter cut is a reinforced disc that you can use on the bridge saw. It's a heavy blade and you have to use it at a minimum of 2100 RMP.
Indeed we have no clients who use it with a Raimondi saw.
The hole fitting is 60 mm and it includes a spacer ring to use if you have a 50mm shaft. Different fitting holes are possible. DO you intend you need a hole of 25.4 mm?
