Thibaut BT 40 tool holder cone – Amastone

High-quality made in Italy BT 40 tool holders for Thibaut with a special treatment able to guarantee a stay of more than 200 hours in the salt spray chamber, quadrupling the lifespan.

The material of the tool holders is steel, but the real revolution is in the heat treatment, which turns them into very high-quality and durable tool holders.
In addition of being highly anti-corrosive is also very effective against unpleasant blockages inside the electro spindle.

There are different models available:

1/2 Gas fitting
Er collet chuck
Profile wheels fitting
flange fitting (for stubbing wheels)

These tool holders include the pull stud and the locking kit (if applicable).

the tool holders are made of non-corrosive steel. Unfortunately, I don't have the specific steel number available. However, the special treatment applied to the tool holders during the heat treatment process enhances their quality and durability.
