Replacement Pull stud bolts (Retention knobs) for tool holder cone ISO 40 and BT 40
The pull stud bolt is the only part connecting the machining center and the tooling. It is one of the most important components because this one bolt retains the tooling and it must stand up to severe cutting forces. Because the pull stud is used under severe conditions it is regarded as a consumable item. This is why regular inspection and exchange is essential. We suggest replacing the pull stud every 6/8 months

I do not usually do rating but because on the service I have had from Amastone I decided to do one. Being in Australia we do not have a big aftermarket parts supplier base for our Intermac machines so any opportunity to purchase outside of the OEM I am happy to try. From all of my purchase from Amastone I have been extremely happy, prices are very reasonable and delivery is very quick, usually within a week if in stock. My last purchase of pull studs were soo much cheaper than the Intermac equivalent, from what I can see the quality of the stud is as good as the OEM part, the only difference is the finish coating, whether this makes a difference in the long term, time will tell but I am very happy so far.
