POLIGRAFIC CNC Marble Engraving Solid Carbide V-Bits | 10mm Shank | double-head

Professional high-quality router bits for marble and stone engraving with double-sided tips.
Polygraphic bits are special V-shape solid carbide engraving cutters (no inserts) that reduce vibrations to a minimum, resulting in longer tool life and cleaner cuts.

Solid carbide means that the cutting edge is not welded or an insert is set in. It’s a whole body, and the cutting edge is worked on the shank body itself.

Currently, the integral Poligrafic tips are available with 90 ° and 60 ° angles, both holed and not-holed for the inner water flow.

Recommended processing parameters:

6000 RPM spindle rotation (possibly to be increased or decreased according to the feed speed)
Feed speed from 100 to 500 mm/min based on the depth in Z and the hardness of the material
Maximum depth 2 mm
